Suppose autumn/wintry weather 2019’s largest fashion story compares minimum suiting and traditional cloth cabinet staples on the only hand and ostentatious ball gowns and decorated eveningwear on the alternative. In that case, it follows that the accessories trends for the season are cut up among elegant and indulgent moods.
There becomes, however, one overriding subject: polish.
